Charged 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In force since 30 March 2026.
- A session counts as ended when the car stops drawing power — including when a BESS charger cuts off at 80% state of charge, which starts the idle clock even though you did not finish charging.
- Idle fees are billed to the card used for the charging session, and apply even when other bays are free.
- Overstay fees were dropped when idle fees came in on 30 March 2026.
- Per-kWh rates are not published anywhere public — they are only in the app.
